Please do not ask for advice over the phone or via email. Observation is key and I cannot provide high quality care without observing you and your infant.
I work in the Medical Center, Missouri City, Sugarland and Galleria areas.

Although this site focuses on breastfeeding moms, I also provide nutrition services.

*I am willing to make home visits.

Please contact me for more information and to set up an appointment.
I do not sell breastfeeding equipment at this time.

Not all nutritionists are created equal!

All dietitians are nutritionists but not all nutritionists are dietitians.
Many people refer to themselves as a nutritionist.  The term nutritionist can be misleading because the titles "nutritionist" and "nutrition consultant" are unregulated in most states and they have been adopted by many individuals who lack recognized credentials and are unqualified. In addition, a small percentage of licensed practitioners are engaged in unscientific nutrition practices. The best way to avoid bad nutrition advice is to identify and avoid those who give it.
Protect you and your family!

*Make your “nutritionist” an RD, LD!
*Make your lactataion consultant an IBCLC!
